Installed in July as part of the Third Street West Bike Boulevard, the circle has drawn substantial feedback, including social-media videos of cars going the wrong way, alongside some support. The Committee will weigh speed data and community input to inform the permanent design, though the temporary circle will soon be removed ahead of slurry seal work.
