La Luz Center and its founder, Ligia Booker, have collected three honors this year, including the Sonoma Valley Chamber of Commerce's Nonprofit of the Year, as the organization marks its fortieth anniversary. For four decades it has served Latino, immigrant and farmworker families in the Valley, providing over 7,200 services across areas from housing to legal aid.
