What's selling
Across Sonoma County, the median home sold for $791,280 in April 2026 (Zillow, based on recorded sales). Kenwood and Glen Ellen are too small for reliable month-to-month sale figures on their own, so the county median is the steadiest gauge of where prices are landing.
A note on individual sales
We track market values and county sale trends from public data. Individual sale records — who bought which house, and for how much — live in the county’s recorded deeds. Those are public, but they are not published as open data and the multiple-listing service is licensed, so we do not reprint them. If that changes, a “notable sales” feature will follow.
