The notable sales — the transactions worth talking about, taken from the county’s own recorded deeds, not rumour. And the housing question — what is being approved, what is being fought, and how our permits and land-use coverage connects to who can actually afford to live here.
One thing we will not do is republish live MLS listings — those are not ours to reproduce. What we will do is tell you plainly what the numbers and the public records show.
